Thank you for shopping with Sweet Citrus Acres RV Resort. We value your satisfaction and strive to make returns simple and straightforward.
Return Window
You may return most items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be:

unused and in the same condition that you received them

in original packaging (if applicable) with tags and labels still attached

accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice)
Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
What We’ll Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we shipped in error or the item is defective).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped in error.
If you’re returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return

Ship the item back following the instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund/exchange.
