Sweet Citrus Acres RV Resort – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at the Official Sweet Citrus Acres RV Resort Online Store. We work hard to ensure your order is packed with care and shipped promptly.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.
Estimated U.S. delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed, not at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Carrier
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier provides the best rate and reliability to your location.
Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking number.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Sweet Citrus Acres may offer free shipping promotions.
Eligibility and details will be clearly stated during the promotion.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate after you receive it.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped and has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Sweet Citrus Acres RV Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost, delayed, or missing, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Verify the shipping address used at checkout

Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

If the carrier is unable to assist, email us and we will do our best to help
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it — but you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the item

A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Local Pickup (Optional Section)
(If you ever want this, say the word and I’ll customize.)
We currently do not offer local pickup from the resort. If this changes, it will be updated here.
